1. General Information

By booking an appointment, submitting payment, or accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of JW Brow Studio’s services.

JW Brow Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or booking services indicates acceptance of the most recent version.

2. Booking & Deposits

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to secure your spot.

• Deposits go toward your total service cost and are deducted on the day of your appointment.

• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new date.

• Any additional reschedules, even with proper notice, will require a new deposit.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit and will result in a charge of 50% of the remaining service balance to the card on file.

• No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will forfeit the deposit and be charged 50% of the remaining service balance.

• By booking, you authorize JW Brow Studio to charge the card on file according to this cancellation and no-show policy.

• Clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, or no-show may be declined future appointments.

3. Late Policy

• There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

• Clients are required to text JW Brow Studio if they are running behind.

• After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will apply if the appointment can still be accommodated.

• After 20 minutes, the appointment may be forfeited and canceled at the artist’s discretion and treated as a no-show (deposit forfeited + 50% of the remaining service charged).

• Timeliness is crucial to ensure your full service can be completed safely and without rushing.

4. Payments

• The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

• JW Brow Studio accepts payments via Stripe, Klarna, Afterpay, bank transfer, or major debit/credit cards.

• JW Brow Studio does not store or manually record payment card data; all transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

• All prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the rate at the time the deposit was paid.

5. Refunds & Adjustments

• Due to the nature of permanent makeup and cosmetic tattooing, all services are final sale.

• No refunds will be issued once a procedure has been performed.

• If you are dissatisfied, please contact JW Brow Studio within 7 days of your appointment to discuss possible adjustments or corrections.

• JW Brow Studio does not guarantee identical results for all clients due to differences in skin type, pigment retention, and adherence to aftercare.

6. Studio Policy

• No extra guests, children, or pets are allowed during your appointment for safety and focus.

• Please arrive with clean, makeup-free brows unless otherwise instructed.

• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive any permanent makeup services.

• A signed consent and health form is required prior to any procedure.

7. Health & Safety

• Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment.

• JW Brow Studio reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s health condition could compromise safety or results.

• All tools and surfaces are sanitized between clients, and single-use, disposable needles are always used.

8. Photography & Media

• By receiving services, you consent to JW Brow Studio taking before-and-after photos or videos for documentation and marketing purposes.

• If you prefer not to have your photos shared publicly, please notify your artist prior to your appointment.

• JW Brow Studio retains ownership rights to all photos and content of work performed.

9. Results Disclaimer

• Permanent makeup results vary from person to person.

• Factors such as skin type, pigment retention, medications, and aftercare can all affect healing and final color.

• JW Brow Studio is not responsible for undesired results due to failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions.

10. Touch-Up Policy

• Touch-up sessions should be booked within 4–8 weeks of your initial appointment.

• Sessions booked beyond that window may be subject to an additional fee.

11. Liability

• JW Brow Studio and its artist(s) are not liable for allergic reactions, infections, pigment loss, or dissatisfaction that may occur from services performed.

• Clients release JW Brow Studio from any claims related to cosmetic outcomes or healing processes.

12. Intellectual Property

• All photos, videos, logos, and written content on JW Brow Studio’s website or social platforms are the intellectual property of JW Brow Studio.

• Reproduction, editing, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

13. Policy Updates

JW Brow Studio may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website or booking services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
