Booking Policies

To secure your appointment, a $50 commitment fee (deposit) is required at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, 50% of the remaining service cost (after the deposit) will be charged to your card on file.

Late Fees

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added to your balance.

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, your deposit will be forfeited, and 50% of the service cost will be charged to your card on file.

No-Shows

  • No-shows will be charged the same amount as a 48-hour cancellation, meaning 50% of the remaining service cost will be charged to your card on file.
